Jack Greenberg: "Report on Roma Education Today: from Slavery to Segregation and Beyond" in Columbia Law Review Vol. 110. No. 4 (May 2010)

Jack Greenberg is currently the Alphonse Fletcher, Jr. Professor of Law at Columbia University. He was one of the lawyers who argued Brown v. Board of Education (1954) and as head of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, litigated many school desegregation cases. In this article he analyzes school segregation of Romani children in Eastern Europe making comparisons to the segregation of Afro-American students in the United States.
